As a responsible business we are looking to support and protect our clients and staff during this current period of uncertainty in line with the medical advice and guidance issued by the UK Government.
With a member of our staff recovering from a recent respiratory illness we looking to alter our usual business practices to allow us to continue to operate as normal whilst also mitigating any health issues within our own office. Therefore we are asking clients not to attend meetings in our office if they are displaying any flu-like symptoms.
It is our intention to continue to provide our usual high level of client support but we will where we can, move meetings to conference calls or other technology solutions that are suitable for both parties. For non-urgent meetings we will seek to rearrange.
I hope you can understand our reasons for doing this. By taking this preventative approach we feel that we can continue to provide you with the accounting services you need at this time whilst also providing a duty of care to our employees.
Over the coming days we will issue further information relating to the budget, COVID-19 emergency measures and information for businesses. Information will be made available on our website, on our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) and via email briefings. Any questions please get in touch with the team.
If you have any specific questions then please call 01530 447999 or email email@example.com
Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
All the best from the team at Sence Accounting.
